If you are a doctor. There's a patient (A) with only 2 more months to live. Then another patient (B) got into a serious accident and is losing a lot of blood. But there's no blood available. The only way to save patient B is to draw blood from patient A. But to have enough blood you will have to draw a huge amount of blood from patient A and patient A will die from having more than 1/3 blood drawn out. What will you do? Let patient A live on, but patient B will die, and patient A will eventually die in 2 months? Or will you save patient B, and draw so much blood from patient A that patient A will die?
